Capricorn Caverns

These ancient caves honeycomb a limestone ridge and offer a natural beauty different to that of deep underground caves. Most tours are conducted by experienced guides through large well-lit caverns with beautiful stalactites, rare ferns, massive tree roots and featuring small bats. Bat Cleft

Bat Cleft is a cave in Mt. Etna Caves National Park where you can experience the rush of thousands of tiny bent-wing bats flying past you at dusk. This three hour guided tour is on a steep track, suitable for fit people.
Tours from 6 December to mid-February on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings (minimum booking numbers apply).

Koorana Crocodile Farm

See a croc that weighs over 3/4 tonne, watch baby crocs hatch, hold and feel a croc. Established in 1981, Koorana was the first private crocodile farm in Queensland.
